Intentional Wellness Looks Different for Everyone

Find what works best for your wellbeing

In order to achieve sustainable joy and peace, the needed tools and strategies look different for different people. Find what works best for you.

Jumpstart your journey to self-fulfillment through tailored consultations and workshops. In both, Tessa will work with you or your team to discover where you are and how best to move forward. Whether it is a one-time coaching session, joining a course, workshop, or recurring therapy sessions, you can decide what works best for you.
Aromatherapy is the use of natural plant extracts, typically oils, in a therapeutic setting. You or a practitioner may use different oils to improve mental, emotional, and physical health in a variety of different ways. Tessa works with doTERRA to bring you the best quality oils, diffusers, and other items for personalized aromatherapy in the comfort of your own home.
Journal therapy uses the act of writing, prompts, and different exercises to create awareness and improve mental health. The Center for Journal Therapy states that it is “the purposeful and intentional use of reflective writing to further mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and wellness.” This is your opportunity to reflect with clarity and deeper writing depth.
Art therapy is the process of creating art and using the artistic process to explore self-expression, develop coping skills, and gain personal insights. It can include painting, drawing, or collage. By exploring the art created and the processes behind it, you can discover themes, conflicts, and emotions that affect you. Tessa works with Chalk Couture to bring you simple, washable, and durable chalk art supplies, suitable for almost every level of art therapy.
